A table seats 10 guests, the names of guests can be provided on the booking form or added later (before 19th Oct)
Both card and bank transfer payments are accepted on the online booking form
If you opt to pay by bank transfer payment must be received within 7 days of booking and no later than 19th Oct
The awards lunch will include a 3 course meal with drinks – please provide specific dietary requirements on booking
