Elaine Deehan
Country Manager of Ireland, Starling International
Elaine spent much of her career in Product and IT in financial services, including Citi, where she was an early employee of the Citi Innovation Lab. , Elaine had the opportunity to dive into the startup and fintech world. In 2015, she joined CurrencyFair, the world’s first online peer to peer, foreign exchange provider, before founding pocketwire, a mobile youth account.
In 2019, Elaine joined Starling to lead its entry to the Irish market offering its award-winning personal and current accounts to Irish consumers and small businesses.
Elaine is also a member of the FPAI advisory council.
