Senior Associate, A&L Goodbody

Michelle is a senior associate in A&L Goodbody’s Finance group. She advises Irish and international clients on debt capital markets (particularly securitisations, debt issuances and regulatory capital issuances), structured products and financial markets infrastructure. Michelle also regularly advises corporate and institutional clients on netting, collateral and hedging issues. In addition Michelle has broad experience on real estate and corporate lending and the acquisition and disposal of loan portfolios.
