Richard is EMEA Chief Commercial Officer at Aon’s Cyber Solutions which encompasses Cyber Insurance, Cyber Risk Consulting and Cyber Security services.

Richard has over 30 years’ experience in technical leadership roles including leading cyber security teams to assist clients with cyber risk mitigation and resilience strategies. He has significant experience in helping clients understand and quantify their risk, protect their organisation and its critical assets and helping clients recover quickly where they have suffered cyber breach or incident. Prior to joining Aon, Richard had extensive global technical management roles within the Fintech, Telecoms and Life Sciences sectors.
