Sarah Stafford
Head of Commercial Real Estate Ireland, Wells Fargo Bank International
Sarah is the Head of Commercial Real Estate in Ireland for Wells Fargo Bank International, responsible for sourcing and structuring new debt transactions in the Irish market. This includes responsibility for leading a team of relationship managers responsible for sourcing, analysing, executing and managing loan transactions.
She has experience across a wide range of transactions in the UK and Ireland, with a particular interest in development transactions, as well as the build to rent and student sectors and the emerging importance of ESG lending. She has extensive experience in executing and managing high value and often complex debt facilities.
She joined Eurohypo AG in 2007 (transferring to Wells Fargo in 2013) and has over 15 years of UK and Irish property banking experience covering all sectors of the market.
Prior to joining Eurohypo AG, she was a Relationship Manager in the Anglo Irish Bank London office for a period of 6 years.
Sarah holds a Commerce degree from UCD plus a Masters in Business Studies from the UCD Smurfit Graduate School, Dublin
